Quiche Cups

One store bought pie shell
~Ghost bake at 350 until golden brown

(*Ghost bake – bake without filling)

(6) Six eggs

You can use egg whites.

Now this is the creative part…
Add whatever you want to the eggs:

Peppers & Onions

I used…
~Turkey sausage

~A little of a red onion that I had

and some green onions

~I sautéed all of that together for a few minutes

~Add all of your ingredients to the eggs
*add cheese (optional)

Add your egg mixture to the pie shells
Cut pie crust into six pieces
Form each piece of pie dough into your muffin tin.

I used both pie shells to fill a 12ctpan.

Bake at 350 for 20-25min or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean
Use a butter knife to loosen the edge of the pie shell from the pan.

Stack them up & serve

The shell makes it easy to grab and go!

No fork needed!
